CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 17 -047 <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT AT THE UNOFFICIAL <br />ON JULY 29, 2017 <br />WHEREAS, The Unofficial has submitted an event proposal along with site map for a customer <br />appreciation event on July 29, 2017. The event will include live music, beer truck, <br />outdoor food tent, local artists vendor tents and outdoor games; and <br />WHEREAS, the hours of the event will be 10:00am- 1:00am, with live music 4:00pm- 9:00pm; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has the authority to grant a holder of an on -sale liquor <br />license to serve alcohol off premises at a community festival with proof of liquor <br />liability insurance to cover the event; and <br />WHEREAS, The Unofficial will comply with the City of St. Anthony Police department's <br />recommendations on appropriate security for the event. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves <br />the request for The Unofficial to hold a special event on July 29, 2017 with the conditions <br />mentioned above. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of May, 2017. <br />7 <br />Jerome O.
