CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 17 -055 <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO TERMINATION OF CONTRACT AGREEMENT <br />FOR POLICE SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND THE CITY <br />OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony ( "St. Anthony ") has a Contract Agreement for Police <br />Services, dated July 22, 2014 ( "Contract') to provide police services to the City <br />of Falcon Heights ( "Falcon Heights "); and <br />WHEREAS, the Contract continues until December 31, 2019, unless terminated according to <br />its terms; and <br />WHEREAS, the Contract may be terminated by St. Anthony by providing written notification <br />to terminate to the Falcon Heights City Administrator by July 15 of a given year; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, St. Anthony desires to terminate the Contract, in accordance with the Contract <br />terms, effective at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2017. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village as follows: <br />The City Manager of St. Anthony is directed to provide written notification, pursuant to Section <br />XXI of the Contract, to the Falcon Heights City Administrator that St. Anthony will terminate <br />the Contract effective at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2017. <br />Adopted this 11th day of July, 2017. <br />4Jerome.
