<br /> <br /> <br /> M E M O R A N D U M <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: August 22, 2017 <br /> <br />TO: Mark Casey, City Manager <br /> <br />FROM: Shelly Rueckert, Finance Director <br /> <br />ITEM: 2018 Preliminary Levy / General Fund Budget <br /> <br />At the May 30 th work session, the City Council and staff reviewed the proposed 2018 Debt Levy. <br />The Debt Levy is comprised of the Road Improvement Debt, the Lease Revenue Bonds and the <br />Tax Abatement levies. <br /> <br />Staff is proposing no changes to the existing Capital Improvement Program and Building <br />Improvement Fund levies. <br /> <br />Staff’s is proposing a 2018 overall levy of $6,850,011.
