CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 17 -058 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND <br />ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2018 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 13, 2017, a report was <br />prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of: <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• Macalaster Drive NE from 37`h Avenue NE to the railroad tracks <br />• Foss Road from 37`h Avenue NE to Chandler Drive NE <br />• Highcrest Road NE from 37`h Avenue NE to the terminate end <br />Bituminous Mill & Overlay <br />• Mill and overlay of Anthony Lane from County Road C to the cul -de -sac <br />Water Reuse Retrofit <br />• Central Park Splash Pad <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report recommends the following street and utility improvements <br />in 2018: <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• Macalaster Drive from 37th Avenue NE to railroad tracks <br />• Foss Road from 37`h Avenue NE to Chandler Drive <br />• Highcrest Road NE from 37th Avenue NE to the terminate end <br />Bituminous Mill & Overlay <br />• Mill and overlay of Anthony Lane from County Road C to the cul -de -sac <br />Water Reuse Retrofit <br />• Central Park Splash Pad <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village that: <br />1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report <br />at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $2,741,400. <br />2) WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. They <br />shall prepare plans for making such improvement. <br />
