Greetings Tracy, <br />I am writing in support of affordable housing at the Lowry Grove site. Ideally, I would have liked to see the <br />residents keep their homes, and an honoring of the buy by Aeon. However, the least that should be done is that <br />these residents be treated with respect, compassion, and dignity, and that affordable housing remains a part of <br />this site. <br />I am a resident of Minneapolis, but live just across Stinson in the Waite Park neighborhood. We need good, <br />affordable housing in our cities, especially land on transit routes. Please take note of the many in our <br />community who support the Lowry Grove residents and feel that this property sell has been handled poorly. <br />Thank you, <br />Marcy Conrad Nutt, AIA.
