I am asking that you not approve the proposed amendment to increase the density from 40 units per acre to 48 <br />or more. <br />I am very concerned about the need for this increase in density and the effect it will have on the existing <br />neighborhood. I feel the developer can accomplish their goals and the city’s goals without this increase in <br />density.
