APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 12, 2017 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 23 <br /> 24 <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City 25 <br />Council Meeting Agenda of September 12, 2017 as presented. 26 <br /> 27 <br />Motion carried 3-0. 28 <br /> 29 <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. 30 <br /> 31 <br />A. Presentation by Mike Kurchling, St. Anthony Kiwanis 32 <br /> 33 <br />Mr. Mike Kurchling, President-Elect St. Anthony Kiwanis Club announced the 46th annual St. 34 <br />Anthony Kiwanis Peanut Day. He noted this is the main fundraising event for the Club. He 35 <br />reviewed some of their involvement with the St. Anthony schools. 36 <br /> 37 <br />B. Proclamation for St. Anthony Peanut Day, Friday, September 22, 2017 38 <br /> 39 <br />Councilmember Jenson read the Proclamation proclaiming Friday, September 22, 2017 as St. 40 <br />Anthony Kiwanis Peanut Day. 41 <br /> 42 <br />C. Proclamation for 30 Year Sister City Relationship with Salo, Finland 43 <br /> 44 <br />Ms. Ruthann Marks, President of Sister City Association. She announced the President of 45 <br />Finland will be coming to Minnesota in coordination with FinFest International and concerts at 46 <br />Orchestra Hall.
