APPROVAL OF THE SEPTEMBER 25, 2017 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 25 <br />AGENDA. 26 <br /> 27 <br />Motion by Commissioner Larson, seconded by Commissioner Westrick, to approve the 28 <br />September 25, 2017 Planning Commission agenda. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Motion carried 7-0. 31 <br /> 32 <br />II. APPROVAL OF THE AUGUST 28, 2017 REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION 33 <br />MEETING MINUTES. 34 <br /> 35 <br /> Motion by Commissioner Foster, seconded by Commissioner Papatola to approve the August 28, 36 <br />2017 Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes as presented. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Motion carried 7-0. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Commissioner Westrick volunteered to attend the October 10, 2017 City Council Meeting on 41 <br />behalf of the Planning Commission. 42 <br /> 43 <br />III.
