CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 17 -072 <br />A RESOLUTION REVOKING THE MASSAGE LICENSE FOR SOLACE AND WELLNESS <br />LOCATED AT 2500 HWY 88 <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony issued a massage license for Solace and Wellness on April 11, <br />2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has significant evidence that the massage business located at <br />2500 Hwy 88, suites 218 & 219 is operating in a manner inconsistent with City Code <br />and state massage licensing standards. <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has notified the massage license holder by US Mail of the <br />pending revocation and right to be heard at the October 24, 2017 City Council meeting <br />in accordance with City Code Section 111.350. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village <br />hereby revokes the massage license for Solace and Wellness located at 2500 Hwy 88. <br />Adopted this 24`" day of October, 2017. <br />1 <br />Jerome O.
