Title XV, Chapter 152, Sections 152.067,152.087 and 152.102 (Permitted Conditional Uses <br />R -2, R -3 and R -4 Districts) <br />No changes are needed. This section refers back to the regulations outlined in the R -1 Single <br />Family District. <br />5. Title XV, Chapter 152, Section 152.069 (Dimensional Regulations R -2 Two- Family District) <br />This section does not address building to land ratios. It does address impervious surface; a <br />maximum of 35 percent regardless of permitted or conditionally permitted use. The impervious <br />surface restriction is actually stricter than the lot coverage. Staff is not recommending any <br />changes at this time. <br />6. Title XV, Chapter 152, Sections 152.089 and 152.104 (Dimensional Regulations R -3 and R- <br />4) <br />This section does not address building to land ratios. It does address impervious surface; a <br />maximum of 50 percent is allowed. Staff is not recommending any changes at this time. <br />7. Title XV, Chapter 152, Section 152.122 (Permitted Conditional Uses C General Commercial <br />District) <br />This section of the City Code allows "Assembly, lodge or convention halls" as a permitted <br />conditional use. The language in in this district needs to be modified to match the term(s) used in <br />the definition section (Title XV, Chapter 152, Section 152.008). <br />The text below is the existing language in the City Code: <br />The following uses are permitted in the C District only by conditional use permit issued by the <br />City Council: <br />(A) Sexually- oriented businesses which comply with the requirements of Chapter 110; <br />(B) A use permitted under § 152.121 except for the fact that is has a drive - through facility; <br />(C) Assembly, lodge or convention halls; <br />(D) Auto repair which includes no storage of autos for parts; <br />(E) Bus stations of the Metropolitan Transit Operations; <br />(F) Car washes; <br />(G) Gasoline station; <br />(H) Liquor stores and lounges; <br />(I) Motels; <br />(J) Video tape sales and rentals; <br />
