Background <br />The property owners wish to construct a 10 -foot by 20 -foot (220 square feet) shed in the front yard of <br />the property located at 2653 Stinson Boulevard. The property is located at the corner of Stinson <br />Boulevard and 27th Avenue NE. The proposed shed would be located approximately six feet from <br />the front lot line (at the closest point — please note the shed is angled to avoid removing a tree and to <br />provide better screening) and approximately 12 feet from the existing art studio /garage. The <br />proposed shed meets the required side yard setback. <br />
