11111111111M M Residence <br />Property Line <br />10' Side <br />Yard <br />Setback <br />STANDARD INTERIOR RESIDENTIAL LOT SETBACKS <br />25' Rear Yard Setback: The rear yard is the yard opposite <br />the front yard. The minimum requirement for the rear yard set- <br />back is twenty -five (25) feet measured between the rear prop- <br />erty line of the lot and the nearest point of the main building <br />and shall extend across the full width of the rear of the lot. <br />e � k <br />� �,"I'll <br />M <br />15' Side Yard Setback: The side yard is the yard adjacent to <br />the property line, not otherwise designated as a front or rear <br />yard. Rectangular shaped lots have two side yards. The sum <br />of the side yards shall be at least fifteen (15) feet and one <br />side yard setback must be at least five (5) feet wide. A side <br />yard setback adjacent to a street must be at least 30 feet <br />wide. <br />St. Anthony requires 30' Front Yard Setback: The <br />front yard is the yard abutting an improved street from <br />which the lot gains primary access, or the yard abut- <br />ting the entrance to a building. The minimum require- <br />ment for the residential front yard setback is 30 feet, <br />measured from the front property line to a structure. <br />The 30 feet must extend across the full width of the lot. <br />VEHICULAR ACCESS (Public or Private Street) <br />
