Rectangular shaped lots have two side yards. The sum <br />of the side yards shall be at least fifteen (15) feet and one <br />side yard setback must be at least five (5) feet wide. A side <br />yard setback adjacent to a street must be at least 30 feet <br />wide. <br />St. Anthony requires 30' Front Yard Setback: The <br />front yard is the yard abutting an improved street from <br />which the lot gains primary access, or the yard abut- <br />ting the entrance to a building.
