Staff is proposing text amendments to §152.039, DIMENSIONAL REGULATIONS. Last <br />summer, we had several requests for garage setback permits. Staff, in explaining that a garage being sited <br />in a front yard, back yard and /or side yard setback required a setback permit, would get questions about <br />what constituted a yard and a setback.
