ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 17-088 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2017-05 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance <br />concerning Chapter 96 Right of Way Management; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2017-05. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2017-05 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br /> <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br /> <br />Ordinance 2017-05 <br />An Ordinance Amending Multiple Sections in Chapter 96 Right of Way Management <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2017-05 on December 12, 2017, amending <br />multiple sections of Chapter 96 Right of Way Management. <br /> <br />The amended ordinance elements include: <br /> <br /> Allow for small cell facilities, per state statute. <br /> Provide a permit and agreement process for such facilities. <br /> Provide guidelines and standards for the facilities. <br /> Establish a fee for the installation of small cell facilities, per state statute. <br /> <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of December, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________ <br /> Jerome O.
