CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 17 -088 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2017 -05 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance concerning <br />Chapter 96 Right of Way Management; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the <br />case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent <br />of Ordinance 2017 -05. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2017 -05 shall be <br />published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance. <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION <br />Ordinance 2017 -05 <br />An Ordinance Amending Multiple Sections in Chapter 96 Right of Way Management <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2017 -05 on December 12, 2017, amending <br />multiple sections of Chapter 96 Right of Way Management. <br />The amended ordinance elements include: <br />• Allow for small cell facilities, per state statute. <br />• Provide a permit and agreement process for such facilities. <br />• Provide guidelines and standards for the facilities. <br />• Establish a fee for the installation of small cell facilities, per state statute. <br />The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. <br />Anthony, MN 55418. <br />Adopted this 12th day of December, 2017. <br />erome O.
