City of St. Anthony  <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION  <br />City Council Chambers  <br />Minutes  <br />December 4, 2017  <br />Present:   <br />Mayor & Council. Jerry Faust, Mayor; Hal Gray, Councilmember; Randy Stille, Councilmember; and Jan Jenson,  <br />Councilmember.  <br />Absent:   <br />None  <br />Staff:   <br />Mark Casey, City Manager and Jay Hartman, Public Works Director  <br />Consultants:  <br />Todd Hubmer, City Engineer – WSB  <br />Call to Order:   <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Faust at 4:30 p.m.  <br />2018 Street and Utility Reconstruction Project:  <br />Staff presented exhibits showing the proposed design including a new sidewalk on Foss Road.  Mayor and Council  <br />discussed a possible sidewalk on Highcrest, staff will review the available right of way.  In regards to the swale to  <br />Mirror Lake, Mayor and Council wanted to make sure the contributing properties are assessed.  By consensus of  <br />the Mayor and Council, staff was directed to continue to proceed.   <br />Planning Commission Interviews:  <br />The following applied and were interviewed:  <br />Amber Stock  <br />Juli Thompson – did not show  <br />Robert Hanson  <br />Don Jensen  <br />Christopher Wagner  <br />Bibi Neumann  <br />Paul Morita  <br />Dan Payne  <br />Natalie Synhavsky  <br />Tom Deegan  <br />William Risse – did not show  <br />Meridith Socha  <br />By consensus of the Mayor and Council, staff was directed to forward on Bibi Neumann and Meridith Socha to a  <br />future City Council meeting for appointment.   <br />Adjourn:   <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:11 p.m.  <br />  <br />Minutes respectfully submitted by Mark Casey, City Manager.
