This will <br />become more relevant as opportunities to redevelop or enhance <br />existing industrial parks and shopping centers arise. <br />• Make certain that the Zoning Code and Zoning Map effectively <br />supports the re-development of underutilized commercial properties, <br />especially those on higher volume streets and transit routes, for <br />higher-density, multi-family and senior housing. <br />• Review the Zoning Code in its entirety for consistency and clarity, to <br />ensure that residents, business owners, and prospective developers <br />can easily understand the City’s expectations. <br />
