This effort will completed within 12 months of the <br />date permit coverage is extended. <br />C. Yes No <br /> If you answered no to any of the above permit requirements, describe the tasks and corresponding schedules that will <br />be taken to assure that, within 12 months of the date permit coverage is extended, these permit requirements are met: <br />The City of St. Anthony Village City Code, Chapter 153, Stormwater Management has requirements for construction <br />site erosion and sediment control. These requirements will be evaluated for items C.1 through C.8 above. If any of the <br />requirements are not as stringent as the MPCA CSW Permit they will be revised by either referencing the MPCA CSW <br />Permit or using the MPCA guidance document to update its ordinance language. The amended ordinance will be <br />placed on the City Council's meeting agenda for approval within 12 months following the date permit coverage is <br />extended. At a minimum items C.2, C.4, C.5, and C.8 will be updated as follows: <br />C. (2): Chapter 153, Storm Water Management; will be amended to include BMPs to minimize the discharge of <br />sediment of other pollutants. The City will revise the City Ordinance using the MPCA model erosion and sediment <br />control ordinance as a guideline. The amended ordinance will be placed on the City Council's meeting agenda for <br />approval within 12 months following the date permit coverage is extended. <br />C. (4): Chapter 153, Storm Water Management; will be amended to include requirements to complete site inspections <br />and records for rainfall events. The amended ordinance will be placed on the City Council's meeting agenda for <br />approval within 12 months following the date permit coverage is extended. <br />
