<br />RCWD Alternative Compliance Sequencing Report <br />City of St. Anthony Village PAGE 25 <br />WSB Project No. 1626-53 <br /> <br />4. 37th Avenue In-line Treatment System (Silver Lake Watershed) <br /> <br />Project Description: <br />This project includes the construction of an in-line treatment system on 37th <br />Avenue west of Silver Lake Road. The in-line treatment system would <br />provide stormwater treatment to approximately 48 acres prior to discharge <br />into Silver Lake. <br /> <br />Project Benefit: <br />The proposed in-line treatment system on 37th Avenue is anticipated to <br />remove approximately 20% of total phosphorus or 9 pounds annually. <br />Using the anticipated loading rate from the Silver Lake TMDL (0.97 lbs of <br />TP/AF of runoff), an equivalent annual volume reduction of 421,560 cubic <br />feet is estimated. <br /> <br />5. Stinson Boulevard In-line Treatment System (Silver Lake Watershed) <br /> <br />Project Description: <br />This project includes the construction of an in-line treatment system on <br />Stinson Boulevard. The in-line treatment system would provide stormwater <br />treatment to approximately 18 acres from St. Anthony prior to discharging <br />into Silver Lake. Additional treatment will be provided for areas within <br />Columbia Heights, but has not been considered as a part of this analysis. <br /> <br />Project Benefit: <br />The proposed in-line treatment system on Stinson Boulevard is anticipated <br />to remove approximately 20% of total phosphorus or 3 pounds from the City <br />of St. Anthony annually. Using the anticipated loading rate from the Silver <br />Lake TMDL (0.97 lbs of TP/AF of runoff), an equivalent annual volume <br />reduction of 134,722 cubic feet is estimated.
