Storm Water Management 116 <br /> <br /> <br />(Q) Lawn maintenance education. The city shall participate in on-going educational opportunities <br />to inform the residents of the harmful impacts to the environment by doing any of the following: <br />improperly applying fertilizer; leaving or depositing grass clippings, leaves, and the like in any storm <br />drainage area, street or natural drainage area; and, in addition, to discuss the benefits of using fertilizer <br />containing less than 3% by weight of phosphorus. <br />(1993 Code, § 1675.08) <br /> <br /> <br />§ 153.09 OTHER CONTROLS. <br /> <br />In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of any other <br />ordinance of the city, the more restrictive standard prevails. <br />(1993 Code, § 1675.09)
