I CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />3 JANUARY 9, 2018 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />10 <br />11 Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 ROLL CALL. <br />14 <br />15 Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Gray, Jenson, Randle, and Stille. <br />16 Absent: None <br />17 Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey <br />18 <br />19 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />20 ITEMS. <br />21 <br />22 I. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 9, 2018 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />23 <br />24 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />25 Council Meeting Agenda of January 9, 2018 as presented. <br />26 <br />27 Motion carried 5 -0. <br />28 <br />29 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />30 <br />31 A. Swearing in of Councilmember Jenson <br />32 <br />33 Mayor Faust administered the swearing in of Councilmember Jan Jenson. <br />34 <br />35 Councilmember Jenson thanked the residents for electing him and noted the initiatives he is <br />36 looking forward to continuing. <br />37 <br />38 B. Swearing in of Councilmember Stille <br />39 <br />40 Mayor Faust administered the swearing in of Councilmember Randy Stille. <br />41 <br />42 Councilmember Stille thanked the residents for electing him to this term. He knocked on 1,803 <br />43 doors personally and learned a lot. He looks forward to continuing to make this community what <br />44 it is. <br />45 <br />46 C. Presentation of Northeast Youth and Family Services <br />47 <br />48 Mr. Jerry Hromatka, President and CEO of Northeast Youth and Family Services, provided a <br />49 brief summary about NYFS, Programs, Budget, Revenue Sources, Service Summary, Current <br />
