Administration <br />General Management: <br />The Administration Department administers city government within the guidelines of <br />State law and polices established by the City Council. The City Manager supervises the <br />Administration, City Clerk, Finance, Police, Fire, Public Works and Liquor Departments in <br />addition to the consulting planning, legal, human resources and engineering services. <br />City Clerk: <br />The City Clerk is responsible for the preparation, maintenance and publication of offi cial <br />records, documents, resolutions and ordinances as well as the maintenance of the <br />City’s website and communications coordination. In addition, the City Clerk conducts <br />all of the elections for the City of St. Anthony. All elections are conducted with all <br />statutory requirements and under the guidance of Hennepin and Ramsey County election <br />guidelines. <br />II. Housing and II. Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority (HRA)Redevelopment Authority (HRA) <br />The City Council serves as the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) for St. Anthony <br />Village. The HRA meets the second and fourth Tuesday of each month as needed following a <br />regularly scheduled Council Meeting. The HRA meets to consider and take action on economic <br />development, housing and redevelopment issues presented to them. <br />In 2014, the HRA met a total of 12 times and passed 5 resolutions. This amount is consistent with <br />the total quantity of resolutions passed over the past seven years (see below).
