ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 18-018 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING <br />FOR THE 2018 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a report has <br />been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br /> <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br /> MacAlaster Drive NE from 37th Avenue NE to the railroad tracks <br /> Foss Road from 37th Avenue NE to Chandler Drive NE <br /> Highcrest Road NE north of 37th Avenue NE <br /> <br />Backyard Drainage Improvements <br /> Drainage from the parking lot serving the apartments located at 3727 Foss Road, <br />3721 Foss Road, and 3713 Foss Road outletting to Mirror Lake. <br /> <br />Water Reuse Retrofit <br /> Central Park Splash Pad <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvements of $2,804,500. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 27th day of March <br />2018, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as <br />possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvements as required by law. <br /> <br />3.
