2017 Strategic Plan • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br />Welcome and Session Overview | 4 <br />WELCOME AND SESSION OVERVIEW <br />The Mayor began the session by welcoming all the participants for taking time out of their <br />schedules and gather this one time a year to be together and accomplish something grand! <br />The Mayor then reviewed the expectations for the session. Asking all participants to be open and <br />honest, to contribute but don’t dominate, and ensure the environment was one of non-attribution <br />– everyone has an equal voice. In addition, the Mayor asked everyone to be attentive – be in the <br />moment. As the group can only do this once a year and it cannot be meaningfully duplicated. <br />WORK SESSION GOALS & EXPECTATIONS <br />• Learning, sharing and growing <br />• Introduce new ideas <br />• Build the 2017 Pyramid <br />• Retain culture of speaking honestly <br />• Continue to strengthen the team <br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUILDING BLOCKS <br />LEADERSHIP IN CITY GOVERNMENT VALUES OF ST.
