~C7 <br />2015 STRATEGIC PLAN <br />Values of St. Anthony Village <br />The participants reflected upon the essential <br />values that define their work and <br />relationships. The following qualities and <br />characteristics were identified by the group. <br />There was clear consensus that the elected <br />officials and staff share common values. <br />These are listed in no particular order. <br />• Teamwork <br />• Long Term focus <br />• See the big picture <br />• Integrity <br />• High level of transparency <br />• Fair and reasonable <br />• Focused on adding value <br />• Work hard , yet have fun doing it <br />• Noblese Oblige <br />• Set an example -"Golden Rule" <br />• Focused on doing the right thing <br />• Competitive; want to be the best <br />• Responsive <br />• Motivated to work hard <br />• Curiosity <br />•Humility <br />•Empathy <br />Long Term Vision <br />The participants spent a considerable amount <br />of time focusing on the long term future . Each <br />individual was asked to reflect on what he /she <br />believes are critical long term issues for the <br />City. The discussion was wide-ranging and <br />informative.
