Recommendation <br />Planning Commission met on February 27, 2018, held a <br />public hearing, took testimony, and recommended <br />approval of the preliminary PUD plan and preliminary plat, <br />contingent on the requirements and items listed in the staff <br />report and its attachments, and further analysis of 27th <br />Avenue. <br />Planning Commission made a second motion that any city <br />financial assistance be used for the development of <br />affordable, family housing throughout the development. <br />Park Commission met on March 12, 2018, reviewed the <br />park dedication request, and recommended approval of <br />cash-in-lieu, with credit for trail construction and land <br />under the trail <br />Next Steps <br />March 27 -City Council Consideration <br />Spring 2018 -If approved, final plat submission <br />Spring 2018 –TIF consideration <br />Summer 2018 -Development agreement <br />71
