CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 18 -025 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR THE 2018 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 23'h day of February 2018, <br />fixed a date for Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />• Macalaster Drive NE from 37`h Avenue NE to the railroad tracks <br />• Foss Road from 37'h Avenue NE to Chandler Drive NE <br />• Highcrest Road NE north of 37'h Avenue NE <br />Backyard Drainage Improvements <br />• Drainage from the parking lot serving the apartments located at 3727 Foss <br />Road, 3721 Foss Road, and 3713 Foss Road outletting to Mirror Lake. <br />Water Reuse Retrofit <br />• Central Park Splash Pad <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said <br />hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 27'h day of March <br />2018, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to <br />be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village approve such improvements as are hereby ordered in the Council <br />Resolution. <br />Adopted this 27th day of March, 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />Nicole Miller, City C erk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />C <br />erome O Faust, Mayor <br />& <br />Mark Casey, City Manager <br />
