CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 18 -027 <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID <br />FOR THE 2018 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan <br />for the above - referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated <br />according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the <br />advertisement: <br />Contractor Total Bid <br />1 Kuechle Underground <br />2 Ryan Contracting Company <br />3 R.L. Larson Excavating, Inc. <br />4 Northdale Construction Co., Inc. <br />5 Northwest Asphalt, Inc. <br />6 Meyer Contracting, Inc. <br />$2,282,930.11 <br />$2,352,212.20 <br />$2,474,563.10 <br />$2,569,886.06 <br />$2,580,366.99 <br />$3,170,173.29 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Kuechle Underground of Kimball, MN is the lowest responsible <br />bidder, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />Village that: <br />1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into <br />a contract with Kuechle Underground in the amount of $2,282,930.11 in the <br />name of the City of St. Anthony Village, Minnesota for the improvement <br />outlined in the above - referenced project according to the plans and <br />specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk. <br />2.
