<br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />To: St. Anthony Village City Council, Honorable Mayor, City Manager Casey <br />From: Breanne Rothstein, AICP, City Planner <br /> <br />Date: City Council meeting on April 10, 208 <br /> <br />WSB Project No. 011104‐00 <br />Request: Request for a variance from the required rear yard setback to allow for <br />placement of a proposed sunroom at 3421 Skycroft Drive <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The City Code requires a rear yard setback of 25 feet. The applicant is requesting a variance to construct <br />a sunroom that would encroach into the required rear yard setback to result in a rear yard depth of 7’ 4 <br />5/8” feet. The Applicant’s request for a variance from the rear yard setback to allow for the <br />construction the sunroom is reasonable, per the findings listed in city code.
