According to Hennepin County property records, structures were constructed in 1950. Structures <br />are currently dilapidated and would need significant repairs if they were to be used any longer. <br />Asbestos containing materials were identified in three of the four buildings and will be properly <br />abated prior to demolition. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />19.
