Describe what must occur before investigation and/or development <br />and cleanup activities can proceed: <br /> <br />City approvals must be finalized before The Village can proceed with cleanup and <br />redevelopment. No delays are anticipated. In concept, factors that could delay this schedule <br />include the inability to secure adequate public funding for cleanup or delays in obtaining the <br />necessary governmental approvals.
