City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />March 27, 2018 <br />Page 2 <br />2 A. Resolution 18 -025: a Resolution Ordering Improvements for the 2018 Street and Utility <br />3 Improvements. <br />4 <br />5 Mayor Faust opened the public hearing at 7:03 p.m. <br />6 <br />7 City Engineer Hubmer indicated the project location as Macalaster Drive (37'h Avenue NE to RR <br />8 tracks), Foss Road (37`h Ave NE to Chandler Dr), and Highcrest Road (37`h Ave NE to <br />9 terminate). Mr. Hubmer noted there are additional parking needs on Foss Road so parking bump - <br />10 outs will be included in the improvements along with a sidewalk on the west side of Foss Road. <br />11 A map showing the sanitary sewer system improvements, water system improvements, drainage <br />12 system improvements, street improvements and erosion improvements was shown.
