In 2017, the valuation breakdown was as follows: <br />Residential Valuation: $4,461,169 <br />Commercial/Industrial Valuation: $8,265,074 <br /> <br />The City of St. Anthony Village is responsible for several development functions, which <br />includes building inspections. In 2015, St. Anthony entered into an agreement with the City of <br />New Brighton for building inspection services. The building inspector is responsible for <br />enforcing the uniform building, electrical, mechanical and plumbing codes. The inspector also <br />works closely with the Fire Department in enforcing fire and life safety codes.
