COUNTY AUDITOR'S CERTIFICATE AS TO <br />REGISTRATION OF BONDS AND TAX LEVY <br />CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, hereby certify that there has been filed in my office a certified copy of a <br />resolution of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, in said County, adopted April 24, 2018, <br />awarding the sale, fixing the form and details and providing for the execution, delivery and <br />security of $2,610,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 2018A, of the City, to be <br />dated, as of May 15, 2018 and levying taxes for the payment of principal of and interest on said <br />Bonds. <br />I further certify that said Bonds have been entered on my bond register and the tax <br />required by law for payment of the Bonds has been levied and filed, as required by Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 475.61 to 475.63. <br />WITNESS my hand and official seal this day of 2018. <br />Ramsey County Auditor <br />(SEAL) <br />4852- 7706 - 1987\2 <br />
