ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS FOR <br /> 2018 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />TIME AND PLACE, GENERAL NATURE Notice is hereby given that the City Council <br />OF IMPROVEMENTS: of the City of St. Anthony Village, Minnesota, <br />will meet in the Council Chambers of the City of <br />St. Anthony Village on the 8th day of May 2018, <br />at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, to <br />consider objections to the proposed assessments <br />for 2018 Street and Utility Improvement Project, <br />heretofore ordered by the City Council. <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL OPEN TO INSPECTION: The proposed assessment roll is on file with the <br />City Clerk and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />AREA PROPOSED TO BE ASSESSED: The area proposed to be assessed consists of <br />every lot, piece, or parcel of land benefited by <br />said improvement, which has been ordered as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br /> MacAlaster Drive NE from 37th Avenue NE <br />to the railroad tracks <br /> Foss Road from 37th Avenue NE to <br />Chandler Drive NE <br /> Highcrest Road NE north of 37th Avenue <br /> <br />Backyard Drainage Improvements <br /> Drainage from the parking lot serving the <br />apartments located at 3727 Foss Road, 3721 <br />Foss Road, and 3713 Foss Road outletting to <br />Mirror Lake <br /> <br />TOTAL AMOUNT OF PROPOSED: The total amount proposed to be assessed is <br />ASSESSMENT: $649,880.20 <br /> <br />PROPOSED AMOUNT TO BE ASSESSED TO The proposed assessment amount for each parcel <br />EACH PARCEL: for the 2018 Street and Utility Improvement <br />Project, will be included in the mailed notice to <br />each property owner. <br /> <br />WRITTEN OR ORAL OBJECTIONS: Written or oral objections will be considered at <br />the hearing. <br /> <br />RIGHT OF APPEAL: An owner of property to be assessed may appeal <br />the assessment to the district court of Ramsey <br />17
