APPROVAL OF THE MARCH 26, 2018 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 24 <br />AGENDA. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Westrick, to approve the March 26, 27 <br />2018 Planning Commission agenda. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Motion carried 7-0. 30 <br /> 31 <br />II. APPROVAL OF THE FEBRUARY 26, 2018 REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION 32 <br />MEETING MINUTES. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Commissioner Neumann noted on page 17, line 13 should read “. . . housing for families”. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Motion by Commissioner Kalar, seconded by Commissioner Larson, to approve the February 26, 37 <br />2018 Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes as amended. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Motion carried 7-0. 40 <br /> 41 <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING. 42 <br /> 43 <br />A.
