City of St. Anthony  <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION  <br />City Council Chambers  <br />Minutes  <br />March 26, 2018  <br />Present:   <br />Mayor & Council. Jerry Faust, Mayor; Hal Gray, Councilmember; Jan Jenson, Councilmember; and Thomas Randle,  <br />Councilmember.  <br />Absent:   <br />Randy Stille, Councilmember  <br />Staff:   <br />Mark Casey, City Manager and Jay Hartman, Public Works Director  <br />Consultants:   <br />Todd Hubmer, City Engineer (WSB)  <br />Call to Order:   <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Faust at 7:00 p.m.  <br />2019 Feasibility Study:   <br />Staff presented a memo from the City Engineer, exhibits, memo from the Finance Director and several  <br />spreadsheets.  By consensus of the mayor and council, staff was directed to include both 2019 & 2020 identified  <br />potential projects in the feasibility study.    <br />Adjourn:   <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:33 p.m.  <br />  <br />Minutes respectfully submitted by Mark Casey, City Manager.
