May 9, 2018<br /> <br />St. Anthony Village City Council<br /> <br />3301 Silver Lake Road<br /> <br />St. Anthony, MN, 55418<br /> <br />Dear Council Members,<br /> <br />We are writing to request permission to keep four (4) hens at our home located at 3609 33rd <br />Avenue NE.<br /> <br />We plan to keep the coop near the northeast corner of our property line inside our 6 foot chain <br />linked fence. The coop location is more than 25 feet from any structures, the closest of which <br />is our neighbor’s barn (serves as garage) to the east, and there are 14 feet of space to the north <br />before a neighboring wooden fence.
