ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 18-045 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR THE 2019/2020 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for improvement: <br /> <br /> Street & Utility Reconstruction <br /> Skycroft Drive from 32nd Avenue to 33rd Avenue <br /> Croft Drive from 31st Avenue to 33rd Avenue <br /> 32nd Avenue from Rankin Road to Croft Drive <br /> <br />Pedestrian Improvements <br /> County Road C (29th Avenue) from CSAH 88 to the eastern City Limits <br /> <br />Drainage Improvements <br /> Silver Lake Road from 39th Avenue to Silver Lane <br /> Industrial Park southeast of CSAH 88 at County Road C(29th Avenue) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> <br />The proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of May, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> _____________________________ <br /> Jerome O.
