City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />May 8, 2018 <br />Page 2 <br />Christa Amoah announced on May 9, 6:00 — 8:00 p.m. Dare to be Real is hosting their last <br />community meeting at St. Anthony High School in the Commons Area. <br />B. Chamber Member of the Year and Business of the Year <br />6 Ms. Jan Fillmore, Chamber of Commerce Board Member, announced the 2018 Villager of the <br />7 Year award to Wendy Webster, Director of Community Services for the SANB School District <br />8 since 2008. <br />9 <br />10 Ms. Jan Fillmore announced the 2018 Outstanding Business of the Year to The Legacy of St. <br />11 Anthony, a beautiful property located at 2540 Kenzie Terrace, that lives by their mission to <br />12 provide a quality living environment that enhances their residents lives spiritually, physically, <br />13 and socially. <br />14 <br />15 III. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />16 <br />17 A. Approval of April 24, 2018, City Council Meeting Minutes. <br />18 B. Licenses and Permits. <br />19 C. Claims. <br />20 <br />21 Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the Consent <br />22 Agenda items. <br />23 <br />24 Motion carried 5 -0. <br />25 <br />26 IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />27 <br />28 A. Resolution 18 -038: a Resolution Adopting and confirming Amended Assessments for the <br />29 2018 Street and Utility Improvements. <br />30 <br />31 Mayor Faust opened the public hearing at 7:15 p.m. <br />32 <br />33 Mr. Hubmer reviewed the resolution for Council consideration adopting and confirming the <br />34 revised assessment roll for the 2018 Street and Utility Improvement Project. Revisions were <br />35 necessary as Ramsey County's GIS mapping did not fully encompass all the assessable parcels <br />36 associated with one property (Parcel 8 of the assessment roll). Assessments to all other properties <br />37 remain the same as previously approved. The assessment roll has been revised to include <br />38 additional properties associated with Parcel 8 not originally identified in the previously adopted <br />39 assessment roll. This resolution declares the amount to be assessed at $649,880.20 ($649,878.74 <br />40 was the amount previously approved). <br />41 <br />42 Mr. Hubmer reviewed the project location, sanitary sewer system improvements, street <br />43 improvements and erosion improvements for MacAlaster Drive NE from 37th Avenue NE to the <br />44 railroad tracks, Foss Road from 37t' Avenue to Chandler Drive NE and Highcrest Road NE north <br />45 of 37`h Avenue NE.
