CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 18-049 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT AT THE UNOFFICIAL <br />ON AUGUST 5, 2018 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Unofficial has submitted an event proposal for a classic car show on August 5, <br />2018. The event will include DJ music and outdoor food; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hours of the event will be 10:00am-1:00pm with live music 10:00am-1:00pm; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has the authority to grant a holder of an on-sale liquor <br />license to serve alcohol off premises at a community festival with proof of liquor <br />liability insurance to cover the event; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Unofficial will comply with the City of St. Anthony Police department’s <br />recommendations on appropriate security for the event. <br /> <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves <br />the request for The Unofficial to hold a special event on August 5, 2018 with the conditions <br />mentioned above. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of June, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________________ <br /> Jerome O.
