CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 18 -046 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MASTER SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT FOR MINNESOTA <br />COURT DATA SERVICES FOR GOVERNMENT AGENCIES <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, on behalf of its Police Department, for the purpose <br />of assisting in the efficient performance of its governmental duties as required or <br />authorized by law or court rule in connection with any civil, criminal, administrative, or <br />arbitral proceeding in any Federal, State or local court, desires to enter into a Master <br />Subscriber Agreement for Court Data Services, to use systems and tools available from <br />the Minnesota Judicial Branch (the Court) for which the City is eligible, including MGA <br />(Minnesota Government Access) and court records and documents through MNCIS <br />(Minnesota Court Information System. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Anthony, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br />1. That Master Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota Court Data Services for <br />Governmental Agencies by and between the Court, acting through its <br />Information Technology Division of State Court Administration, and the City of <br />St. Anthony, on behalf of its Police Department, is hereby approved. <br />2. That the Police Chief, or his or her successor, is designated the Authorized <br />Representative. The Authorized Representative is also authorized to sign any <br />subsequent amendment or agreement that may be required by State Court <br />Administration to maintain the City's government access to the systems and tools <br />offered by the Court pursuant to the Master Subscriber Agreement. <br />3.
