The estimate of potential benefits <br />contained herein are based on a number of assumptions about estimated Subscribed Energy Bill Credit Rates, <br />Applicable Laws currently in place, NSP’s retail electrical rates, and a number of other factors beyond the control <br />of US Solar. Any estimate by US Solar herein or elsewhere given to Project Subscriber as to any expected benefit <br />to Project Subscriber from the Bill Credits at any time or over any period of time is purely an estimate based on the <br />information available to US Solar and related assumptions at the time and is not a guarantee that any positive <br />economic benefit will accrue to Project Subscriber from the Bill Credits or that any specific amount of benefits will <br />accrue to Project Subscriber at any time, or over any period of time, or over the Term of the Agreement.
