A person or entity who meets the applicable Eligibility Requirements and meets <br />the conditions set for in Section 6.2(a)-(e) <br /> <br />8. Financing Party. A person or persons providing construction or permanent financing in connection <br />with construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of the Project, or if applicable, any person <br />to whom the ownership interest in the Project has been transferred, subject to a leaseback of the <br />Project from such person. <br /> <br />9. MPUC. Minnesota Public Utilities Commission. <br /> <br />10. NSP. Northern States Power Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Xcel Energy Inc. <br /> <br />11. Sunscription Rate. A dollar amount per kilowatt-hour with respect to the Subscribed Energy <br />produced by Project Subscriber’s CSG Allocation, as set forth in Section 1.5(a), used for determining <br />Project Subscriber’s Sunscription Payments. <br /> <br />12. Taxes. Any federal, state, or local ad valorem, property, occupation, generation, privilege, sales, <br />use, consumption, excise, or transaction tax, other taxes, regulatory fees, surcharges, or other <br />similar charges, but does not include any income taxes imposed on US Solar for payments made by <br />you and received by us under this Agreement. <br /> <br />Any conflict in the meaning of a term used both herein term and in the SRC Contract shall be resolved in <br />favor of the meaning given to such term in the SRC Contract. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
