CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 18 -056 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING REDPATH AND COMPANY AS THE <br />CITY AUDITOR FOR AUDITING YEARS 2018, 2019 AND 2020 AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SUCH ENGAGEMENT CONTRACT <br />WHEREAS, in 2016, the City of St. Anthony entered into a two -year engagement contract with <br />Redpath and Company, LTD for auditing services which was valid through <br />December 31, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, Redpath and Company, LTD has proposed a three -year engagement period <br />with an increase in cost of 2.5% or $1,270 for 2018, 2.5% or $1,300 for 2019; and <br />2.5% or $1,350 for 2020. <br />WHEREAS, The engagement contract received from Redpath and Company, LTD for 2018, <br />2019 and 2020 reflects the adjustment in costs noted above. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves Redpath <br />and Company, LTD to perform the services and role of the City Auditor for calendar years 2018, <br />2019 and 2020 and Authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to Execute Such Contract. <br />Adopted this 24`x' day of July, 2018. c� <br />Jerome O.
