City of St. Anthony  <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION  <br />City Council Chambers  <br />Minutes  <br />June 11, 2018  <br />Present:   <br />Mayor & Council. Jerry Faust, Mayor; Hal Gray, Councilmember; Jan Jenson, Councilmember; Randy Stille,  <br />Councilmember, and Thomas Randle, Councilmember.  <br />Absent:   <br />None  <br />Staff:   <br />Mark Casey, City Manager  <br />Consultants:   <br />Todd Hubmer, City Engineer (WSB)  <br />Guests:  <br />Joe Lux, Ramsey County, Kathy Jaschke, Ramsey County and Nathan Ellingson, Hennepin County  <br />Call to Order:   <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Faust at 7:00 p.m.  <br />County Road C:  <br />The county representatives reviewed the proposed project on County Road C.  By consensus of the Mayor and  <br />Council, they would like to see pedestrian/bike connections across County Road 88 and deal with the free right  <br />turn in the southeast section of the inner‐change.     <br />Chickens:  <br />Staff presented a memo on a proposed new process for chicken approvals.  By consensus of the Mayor and  <br />Council, staff was directed not to change the process but place the request on the Consent Agenda.   <br />Adjourn:   <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:07 p.m.  <br />  <br />Minutes respectfully submitted by Mark Casey, City Manager.
