APPROVAL OF THE MAY 21, 2018 REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 31 <br />MINUTES. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Motion by Commissioner Socha, seconded by Commissioner Larson, to approve the May 21, 34 <br />2018 Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes as presented. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 37 <br /> 38 <br />III. Consider a request for a seven-foot variance from the required front yard setback in 41 <br />the R-1 district located at 3531 Silver Lake Road. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Chair Papatola opened the public hearing at 7:06 p.m. 44 <br /> 45 <br />City Planner Breanne Rothstein reviewed the applicant Nadia Glynn is proposing to construct a 46 <br />278 square foot two story addition to the front of the existing house. The request is for a variance 47 <br />to exceed the R-1 District front yard setback requirements by 7 feet. The existing house has a 48 <br />front yard setback of 33’ 8”. Per City Code Section 152.039 (E) the front yard must have a depth 49
