City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />August 14, 2018 <br />Page 3 <br />1 City Manager Casey reported August 15 is the Road Education Event. Thursday, August 16, <br />2 Ramsey County will be hosting a County Road C Reconstruction Open House. City Manager <br />3 Casey thanked City Staff for their work on VillageFest and Night to Unite. <br />4 <br />5 Councilmember Jenson noted on August 7, he attended five Night to Unite gatherings. On <br />6 August 8, he attended the reception for the Salo Finland visitors. On August 9, along with <br />7 Commissioner Gray, they led a tour to a company in Apple Valley Uponor and later that night he <br />8 attended the Ramsey County Local League of Governments Meeting. <br />9 <br />10 Councilmember Stille stated this is a busy time for Councilmembers. He participated in the <br />11 VillageFest parade, noting the VillageFest Committee did a great job. On August 7, he attended <br />12 events with the Salo visitors. He attended a number of gatherings for Night to Unite along with a <br />13 reception on August 8 for the Salo visitors. He encouraged residents to get involved in the <br />14 community. <br />15 <br />16 Councilmember Gray stated on August 2, he attended the North Suburban Communications and <br />17 Access Corporation meeting along with Night to Unite gatherings. He thanked City Staff on their <br />18 work for VillageFest and Night to Unite. <br />19 <br />20 Councilmember Randle stated on August 7, he visited the MWMO which was his first visit <br />21 there. He also attended several Night to Unite gatherings. <br />22 <br />23 Mayor Faust thanked City Staff for their work on VillageFest and also the organizers. He <br />24 commended Julianne and the volunteers, noting there were close to 50 Night to Unite parties and <br />25 he attended several. He attended several events with the Salo visitors. The visitors commented on <br />26 how clean St. Anthony was and after Night to Unite, they were amazed at the number of children <br />27 in the community. <br />28 <br />29 VIII.
