R-011648-000 PAGE 10 <br />4.2 Funding Sources <br />The total project cost is projected to be approximately $2,106,800 for the improvements <br />proposed and approximately $1,260,800 for the alternate improvements identified. <br />Funding for the project may come from the City’s Street and Utility Reconstruction <br />Funds (Public Improvement Bonds), tax abatement funds, Ramsey County cost <br />participation, Hennepin County cost participation, Mississippi Water Management <br />Organization (MWMO) cost participation, Rice Creek Watershed (RCWD) cost <br />participation, and Department of Natural Resources (DNR) grant. The funding <br />breakdown can be found on the following page. <br />113
