FEASIBILITY AND RECOMMENDATION <br />Project costs are anticipated to be approximately $2.48 million for improvements <br />identified in Option 1 and approximately $1.37 million for improvements identified in <br />Option 2. <br /> <br />Due to the poor structural condition of portions of the street sections, the deterioration of <br />the existing sanitary sewer system and frequent water main breaks, this project is both <br />feasible and necessary from an engineering standpoint. <br /> <br />Based on our analysis and data presented, the proposed project is feasible, necessary, and <br />cost effective from an engineering standpoint. We recommend reconstruction of the <br />sanitary sewer, water main, stormwater collection system, and the street as detailed in this <br />report. <br />150
